Product Condition



We offer a variety of product conditions in our auctions and "Buy it Now" listings, such as: Brand New, New Open Box, Used, Factory or Manufacturer Refurbished, or Non-Functional (for parts or repair). New Open Box, Refurbished and Used products may show minor cosmetic signs of wear (small scratches) and may be missing original retail box, but re-packaged by us for safety while in freight. Please check the item description and condition details prior to making a purchase. We try to list all of the included components and contents of the item in the item description. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the product as soon as it arrives and inform us of any issues within 7 days of the receipt. Any requests or claims after 7-day period will be denied. If the manual and the installation drivers are available, we will include them with the item. In cases when the installation manuals, product guides, installation drivers are missing, they can be found online by visiting the manufacturer's website.



Payment Options



All payments must be processed within 3 days from the date of purchase or date of auction closing. Winning bidders must pay via PayPal using a CONFIRMED billing/shipping address. We will ship to CONFIRMED address only. To provide better security for all transactions, we do not accept payments from International PayPal accounts. We reserve the right to void your bid if you have negative or hidden feedbacks.



Shipping Costs & Details



We guarantee the shipping of your item within 48 business hours (or less) of the receipt of an approved PayPal payment (with CONFIRMED address only). For reliable delivery of your purchase we use FED EX Smartpost (unless otherwise stated). We do not ship on weekends and national holidays. We use the eBay Global Shipping program for international shipments. Payments with Non-Confirmed PayPal address will not be accepted and the orders will not ship out.



Returns



Original packaging is required to return the item, including all accessories, cables, manuals, batteries, components, etc., otherwise the return will not be accepted.



Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping charge is buyer's responsibility.



Refusing a delivery of an item is not an acceptable way to return it. If you decide to return an item back to us, you must first accept a delivered package. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a minimum of 15% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways).



If your package arrives damaged, you must notify the courier at the time of delivery so they register this in their system. All damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Any claims submitted afterwards will be denied.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card for this purchase?

Q: Can I request the item to be shipped to any address?



A: We can ship the item only to the CONFIRMED address of your PayPal payment. Please make sure to use the CONFIRMED address when submitting the PayPal payment.



Q: How long does it take to process my order?



A: We try to process and ship all orders within 24 hours after the receipt of the approved payment. Orders are processed during the normal business hours Monday - Friday: 11:00AM - 6:00PM PST. We do not process orders during Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.



Q: How will I know my order was shipped?



A: We will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number confirming the shipment. You can use the tracking number to trace your package online with the freight carrier.



Q: Can I return an item for refund?



A: All of our products are sold as-is unless stated otherwise. If you are not satisfied with an item, we will offer for you to exchange it for an identical item. If you still wish to return your item for a refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your credit. Shipping is also non-refundable. You must also pay return shipping back to us.



Q: What happens if the item is defective or DOA (dead on arrival)?



A: If the item you received does not function properly, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt via eBay Messaging system. Please don't file eBay/PayPal claims or disputes without contacting our customer support department first.
