The pen is marked USA in the middle. It feels like it’s made out of plastic and is more of a decor piece. The stand however feels a lot more sturdy and is heavier then the pen. There’s dust from sitting in storage on the pens feather and the base. The feather measures about 14” long alone. The pen measures about 5 1/4”. The base is 2”x2”.
