No Red or Black Stamp inside the Tush Tag indicates Scat The Cat is 1st Edition.

Tush Tag year is 1999.

Has the Hologram Tag.

No period after "NO" Reads: REG. NO PA. 1965(KR) and the (KR) means it was part of the Korean market. Which means it was not mass produced.
